I'm happy to report that Marci and I got a chance to meet with the young minds of tomorrow. We pulled off our
first in-person presentation in over a year. We've done a couple webinars last year but this was the first
in-person meeting. The face mask was a bit annoying but we managed. We also got to eat at the Thai place in
Campus Corner.

Tuesday night is starting to look like the only night we can have dinner alone and not be bothered. All other
nights, there seems to be something going on. If it's not a meeting, it's a recurring outing or a sport event.
Speaking of sporting events, we survived Stillwater with the Monkos. Actually, it was more of surviving with Jason.
Tina was definitely a good sport and I don't know how she does it. Overall, it was a fun day and night.
We ate way too much!

Happy 17th Birthday, Addison! You are growing too fast and you'll be driving the Camry before we know it.

There was no joke or prank to report for this year's April Fools' Day. We were going to play a joke on Melinda but
decided not to go through with it. It would have freaked her out. There are way too many things going on to throw
in a wrench and screw up everything. Easter was good and we had a lot of delicious food. I can't remember the last
time everything tasted so good. We really did got tired of quarantining and went all out. The boys did a great job
finding their Easter eggs. Baby Parker didn't know what to do with his Easter basket that Chrisley got for him.
He didn't want anything to do with the plastic eggs. The homemade whipped cream never got served. Good to know the
exact recipe for the whipped cream. According to Carrie, all you need are a cup of heavy cream and two tablespoons
of sugar. I like to use powdered sugar. Add a splash of vanilla extract and you're all set. Whip it up with a hand
mixer and don't overwhip. Whip just enough so the peaks are firm, but not overly firm.
