Good job, Ryan and Marci! You guys really are meticulous in your research. Taylor said it was like a needle
in a haystack, but you get these guys going and they were able to find it within an hour. I think giving Marci
five questions sort of helped her. I guess I can't talk crap about them now knowing that they know this exists.
I only kid. I just looked at the calendar and realized this has been the longest month ever. We are at the 30th day
of the month and we have another day tomorrow before April starts on Saturday. Too bad April Fool's Day falls on
a Saturday this year. Last year's fiasco was pretty funny.

Taylor, you found me! Welcome aboard and happy reading! Oh and happy belated birthday!

Friday night turned into an intense Monopoly session. We could have continued for a couple more hours but
Sarah and I gave into Tess. She was just racking it up. People didn't pay me rent a couple times because I was
busy messing with my phone. Thanks to Blain, Paul cleaned up his bank account because he had to pay me beaucoup
money in rent. Sparkling really does hit you hard and fast. We stayed the night at Kaci and Charli's to watch their
four dogs. I am never sleeping with Charli's dogs again. They snored the whole night while Snoopy and Gizmo stayed
very quiet next to me. The other two were snoring nonstop, including Paul. I was not sure who was snoring at
that point. My calls of "snoring" didn't really do much to the noise that went on all night. I think I was up by
6am. I was fed up with the chorus of snores. If Charli asks me next time, those dogs are
going in the kennel outside of the bedroom or I won't be in the same bedroom as them. We had an early breakfast at
501, rushed to see "Get Out", unloaded the Uhaul of goodies at Sanctuarie, dropped of sweet potatoes for Sharon,
picked up Kim at the Subaru dealership, had lunch with Kim at Phobulous, did laundry, and hung out with Carrie
and Brian. By the way, do not date whitegirls. They are going to take you home to their racist parents and do
crazy things to you.

My sleeping time has gotten earlier and earlier. I was knocked out at 8:45pm last night. I woke up once around
2am and went back to sleep. I got up at 5:45am right on the dot. That's about nine hours of sleep. I think we should
wait until Thursday evenings to get stuff from The Rink. It's 10% off and free wine and cheese. The 10%
pretty much pays for the tax. It's really not a bad deal. The special doesn't start until 6pm. I got there around
5:45pm and picked out the side tables that we want. I left the tables with the cashier and continued
"shopping" since I can't get the 10% off until 6pm. Right at 6pm, I made my way to the cashier and was ready to check
out. On my way home, I picked up some fruit and donuts from Crest. I can never shop anywhere else. I cannot say
anything bad about this store. Wait...I can actually. The parking lot is a madhouse. You have people walking
everywhere and cars going in and out. They really do get people in and out fast so the parking lot is always
swarming with cars and customers. Other than that, they have a huge variety of options, fresh produce, and the
cheapest pricing all around. The checkout lines are never long because they have a cashier and bagger for pretty
much every line. Plus, they bag my groceries with brown bags instead of plastic bags. I don't see many places
offering brown bags anymore. As I was leaving Crest, Sharon called to see if I had dinner yet. She had coupons
from Raising Cane's and did I decline the offer? No way! Sharon and Chris came by with Raising Cane's. We watched
a bit of a basketball game and Chris was ready to go. I think he was not impressed with our crappy reception for
the local channels. Sharon sat in one of the two new chairs. We checked out the new side tables and the lamp.
I think we are good with furniture for now. Although there is that gift certificate at CB2 still lingering out there.

Gym's playlist bleeped out "bitch" from Lady Gaga's Bad Romance song. Welcome to Oklahoma.

Okay so we need to talk about what went down in Hong Kong. Erika totally flipped her switch. She had a very nice
trip home to see her mom. Well, that trip actually opened up a lot of resentment towards her mom for being very hard
on her. Her mom did not "love" her in the way Erika wanted to be loved. She was raised to be super independent, strong,
and work hard. Fast forward to the girls trip to Hong Kong where the beast comes out of her shell. She is actually
super sensitive and has feelings. The pantygate was out in the open and she actually never got over it. She did tell
Dorit she was over it and moved on. She even laughed it off weeks ago. Well, the rocky Hong Kong boat ride and constant flow of booze did not help
the ladies. Erika would not let it go. Even the sightseeing trip to the Big Buddha overlooking Hong Kong did not
do them justice. They were back at it again at dinner. This time, Eileen was on Erika's radar for bringing up Erika's
child. He's not a child anymore. He is your grown ass son who works in law enforcement. Eileen meant no harm in
saying what she said. Again, Erika took it to another level. She definitely has some internal issues that have yet
to be resolved. She is taking it out on the ladies. My advice to Erika is to stay clear of her glam squad and to go
seek some serious therapy. Her glam squad is paid to say how wonderful she is and she lives and breathes all of that.
This was some serious drama that may have started initially as an effort to boost ratings and individual screen
time, but Erika made it personal about herself.

Still one of my favorites of all time...

I was about to make banh mi for dinner but Paul wanted Chow's. The fried fish was a total fail. It had more
bones than actual meat. The last time we ordered fried fish from there was a salt and pepper fish dish. The waitress
gave us the sweet and sour fried fish this time around. It was basically sweet and sour sauce one finds at a Chinese restaurant.
The sauce is served on the side. We hated the sauce and asked for fish sauce instead. The fish sauce helped but
the fish still had way too many bones. Lesson learned for next time indeed. I sparked up a conversation with these kids
next to me about March Madness. All they wanted was to watch the Thunder game. We informed them that the Thunder
was leading and there's no need to watch it since the college basketball games are on. Besides, the waitress couldn't
change the channel because boss man was watching college basketball.

I am on this sweet potato kick. I'm not talking about the orange yams. I'm talking about the ones you get
in the Asian grocery store. It is brown on the outside and white on the inside. It's super sweet and maintains its
form after it is baked. I put them in the oven for about two hours. They really do fill you up and are high
in fiber and nutrients. I need to run back to Super Cao Nguyen and get some more. Bake them all at once and eat
them throughout the week. They don't go bad at all.

The cookie decorating class was a lot of fun. The teacher and her assistants went all out with their supplies.
We really did not need to bring anything to class. It took them a whole day to set up the classroom.
She brought pretty much everything you need to bake and decorate cookies. She even brought her dehydrator, which is
used to get the icing to set faster than at room temperature. This is a trick that all cookie decorators use.
The cookies can literally stay in there for awhile until you are ready to do another layer of decorating.
The only thing missing from the class was alcohol. Carrie suggested the teacher charge a bit more next time so we
can have mimosas. I need to try out her cookie and royal icing recipes. I may just stay with my own cookie
recipe and use her royal icing recipe. The pastry piping bags were also something new. You really do not need
tips to decorate. Just cut at the end of the bag and you're good to go. Be careful not to cut a big hole. Carrie
and I walked away from that class with about four dozen cookies. We gave them to the Bullard clan the next day at
Wyatt and Sarah's birthday party. Yes, I really did finish a whole season of The OA in one weekend. It was good,
but I am left with more questions and need answers. At least with Stranger Things, we got some resolution at the end.
I am now onto the last season of "The Fall". He finally woke up and we are now preparing for the case against him.
I have a feeling he is going to walk free despite killing and torturing all the women in Belfast. I didn't realize
the show took place in Belfast until one of the cops mentioned Northern Ireland. Yes, Belfast is a big town. It is
the capital of Northern Ireland. It's funny hearing them speak because they have an Irish accent, yet they belong
to the UK. The UK should really return that land to Ireland. I think the breakoff happened when those in Northern
Ireland wanted to break free from the Vatican while the rest of the Irish island wanted to stay in communion with the
Pope. I dropped off my car again today because they forgot to screw the cap back on the gas tank. I drove around
for a whole week with the engine sounding louder than normal and oil leaking onto the ground. I noticed it yesterday
and opened the hood. The cap was sitting on the engine there was oil splattered all over the engine and under the hood.
The auto shop said they will clean up the mess and ensure I have enough oil in my engine. They're good and their
pricing is reasonable, but this cannot happen again. This is the second time this has happened.

It looks like I infected Marci. She now has the flu and even called in sick today. We had to cancel our meetings
in Norman today. It was definitely me who gave her the flu because I was out sick almost all last week.
I came back to work for two days of marathon meetings. I was a passenger in her car for those two days so I clearly
infected her. Bless her heart. She told me she even got the flu shot. At least she has today and the whole
weekend to recover. I need to at least stay up until 10pm. My bedtime has slowly getting earlier and earlier. I like
to think it's not old age.

Gone are the days of quick ten minute deliveries from Jimmy John's. My last two deliveries have not been
pleasant. The one for today took exactly one hour to get my sandwich delivered. The other recent time I ordered took
about one hour and 15 minutes. I call them and they tell me the sandwich is out for delivery. The delivery guy
has like five orders to deliver. I don't mind when they delivery in an hour's time, but don't advertise that you guys
offer quick deliveries. It's simply not the case anymore. I have lost all confidence in you, Jimmy John's. You really
can't deliver a quick service like in the past. I am going to boycott them for awhile. New York tickets are booked.
It is months away but it will be good to visit with folks in the middle of summer.

After a week of being sick, I am back to normal...I think. I still have this lingering cough but it is not as
bad as the ones from last week.
March 1, 2017
I am coming down with something. Last night's sleep was not fun. I kept getting up and had difficulty breathing.
I coughed all throughout yesterday. I notice now that the coughing is a precursor to a full on "sick day" deal.
Walgreens didn't even open until 7am. I sat in the car for about 15 minutes waiting for them to open to get NyQuil.
I didn't see any Advil Cold & Sinus. I think this is the strong stuff that they keep behind the pharmacy counter.
The pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. So there was no king cake for Mardi Gras. I wanted to make the chocolate bundt
cake and sprinkle colored sugar on top like we did for Three Kings Day but I had too much work to do. Instead of
returning to the office from Norman, Marci and I parted ways for the day. I managed to finish one of the three
meeting summaries. My goal is to finish the other two today and finish updating the audit plan for Hilaire's project.
