New York Cheesecake
3 packages of cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1 14 oz. can of condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box of graham cracker crumb mix (follow instructions on box)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cookie crumb crust mix and press in spring form pan. Spray pan with Pam. Cream cheese should soften at room temperature. Put cream cheese in bowl with condensed milk. Whip until creamy. Beat eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Cheesecake will firm. Refrigerate for four hours.
